Very nice experience

Wow! I hadn't been to the dentist for a very long time, but today had to be done as the pain was too much. I have a very big phobia of my teeth being played with. Today I found a dentist that put me at ease and was so gentle and compassionate. I can now say that I'll be going here to have my teeth attend to as there is a lot of work to be done being so long between visits. I'm laying on the couch at 9pm and my phone rings. It was dr Alexandra seeing how I'm feeling.

Dr Alexander is a wonderful dentist, and his staff are helpful and highly skilled. He explains everything clearly, has a calm demeanour and his work is of the highest standard. I would recommend him to anyone who wants great service.

I don't have a regular dentist in Launceston but I needed to see someone just after christmas. I chose Dr Alexander because his surgery was close by and he didn't have a face-book page showing every aspect of his life. I was so glad that I did because I found him to be very gentle, interested, not outrageously expensive, and my problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Rightly or wrongly, I always judge whether I'll go back to a dentist by the way they treat their staff, particularly the dental nurses. Dentistry must often be stressful - working in close confines with sometimes difficult cases, but Dr Alexander seemed to have such a good relationship with his staff and that in itself made for a really easy visit. Would highly recommend.
