I wouldn't rate them at all. Our small project-extension our to the roof line- took over 9 months and I had to constantly call asking when the builder would return. Things the builder is responsible for like waterproofing the blueboard, he refused to do, didn't bother having windows meet properly as I have mm gaps, visually corners don't match up, and really, not great service.We thought as the company owner is older and been around for a long time he would have more pride in his work and workmanship, unfortunately was very wrong.
