I purchased an ultrawide pc monitor, and within 4 days the USB-C input fails. I contact customer service and am asked to post it back to them for assessment. Not too enamoured with the prospect of queueing up in the post office with a giant screen, but OK. Any questions regarding timeframes of receiving a new monitor which I am using for work revert to we have a process" without further estimations. I ask if there is somewhere I can take it to be assessed in person for a faster turnaround and I get the "as indicated on my past email..." response from Darry.Would prefer a store to not insinuate that I haven't read their emails after they have wasted my time sending me faulty items. This is poor customer service that does not exactly have the basement prices to justify."

Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went in with a older lens looking for an adapter to put it on a modern camera body I didn’t know the lens Mount but just by looking at it they knew it instantly, unfortunately they didn’t stock it but offered to order it in for me and also pointed me to another store online if I needed it sooner. They answered all my questions and overall great in-store experience, now my go to camera store.

I'm sorry to bomb the Sydney store here, but unfortunately I can't review the online store separately. All the physical shop fronts I have visited have been great - staff, range, price. The online experience however is an absolute mess. Constant out of stocks without notification when purchasing; backorders on items appearing weeks after ordering and notice only when enquiring. about other, out of stock items and why the 'in-stock' one's hadn't shipped. Then here's the kicker; items WERE in-stock in stores, but because one item was coming from the warehouse I couldn't pick up that which was in stock in a store, it all had to wait on the warehouse. Plus all the staff are off-shore, hard to understand and call quality is poor. The emails that are sent by the website contain no information and don't seem to populate fields properly. Anyway; TLDR, visit a store, avoid online like the plague. Sorry Sydney store that this has landed on your listing; you guys are great.

I ordered my CF express card from the digiDirect Online store on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. Awesome delivery time, kept in contact throughout the process and great price for my product. Also, was really well packaged. Very happy with their service. I have used them in the past and regret not putting up a review earlier. I will certainly continue buying from them.

Good place, better price than any camera shop(you can check) and exceptionally good customer servicing. I met Benny there. He is a wonderful friendly person. Love the store overall.

Ordered online. One item was on back order and to be restocked at the end of the month which is fair enough. Then they tell me that they have oversold the item online and once again no longer in stock and cannot tell me when it will come back in stock.Poor stock control management. Not even an apology. Quick to give refund is the most they can do. Well sometimes it’s not about the money but more the time wasted when I could have bought it elsewhere 4 weeks agoWould not recommend buying from them

The staff insisted that they were only allowed to sell 1 pack of roll of film. No where in the store did it have this documented. Would not price match, first says we can , showed him the evidence and then replied oh we can’t because they need to call store to check if in stock , the site showed and allowed to add to cart. Was with my partner & we were each going by a pack & he refused. Def not helpful. Went online to a competitor, bought 3 Packs & a whole heap cheaper.Customer service nil & would not shop there again.Thanks for your reply. On the phone mention can only put one aside, not that I could only purchase 1.Again , you staff showed any customer service, prob would have been happy to make no sale.If you have this kind of policy, should be very clear & have this in writing in the store so people can see.

Used to be my go to store but not anymore. Went in recently to look at a Panasonic S5 and Sigma lenses. The sales rep(with glasses) seemed disinterested in helping me even though I was potentially spending five thousand dollars. Knew next to nothing about the camera or lenses which was surprising. As a comparison, I received great service around the corner in Rebel Sport even though I only spent a small amount of money. Rather than being treated as a potential customer, I was merely an inconvenience. Seriously, don't bother.
