I`ve got the best move experience with Carlos, theY were cautious with our stuff, and all service was quick. They also showed up at a great time, the lift was not helping the guys, but they were organised, and it was quickly done for them. I appreciate the service.

The experience of moving from Melbourne to regional Victoria was always going to be a little nerve wracking. We had a lot of stuff to move and it seemed like a day was not enough.However, Isaac and Joel came along and eased my shattered nerves and worked together like a well oiled machine. We were packed and under way before I expected and everything arrived and was unpacked (in the dark and wet) in one piece. I cannot speak highly enough of this team who took all my concerns on board and nothing was too much.Instamove sent us a quote, FAQ sheet and other information so I felt well informed on what to expect and the cost. We received reminder SMS and emails and Isaac and Joel let us know when they were on the way. I felt the whole experience was great and just what I needed at the time.

Carlos and David were very good and very professional, they were quick to reply and very understanding. They undertook the moving promptly and quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Excellent company, Kamilo and Edd were very fast and efficient, they are extremely careful with your most precious things, they have very good communication, simply incredible. I recommend them they are the best!!!

These guys are absolutely awesome thanks to Kamillo & Eduard. I have used them 4 times now having tried cheaper removalists and being let down badly. I don't bother to get other quotes, I simply call Instamove and my move gets booked in, they show up on time, and get the job done, everything was wrapped carefully and moved to our new home. The guys smile and actually create such a wonderful vibe. I would definitely recommend Instamove, Best I’ve ever used.

The guys ( rente and camilo)arrived on time and were indeed careful and efficient with the move. Surely one of the better removalists we have used recently (and we move very often!). We arranged everything via call and text messages, and they always manage to reply within a few hours. They reconfirmed everything the day before our move.Moving is never fun and always a bit stressful but having these guys as removalists made it mean that there's one less thing to worry about. I would get them again if we move within the area.

We booked a pack and move from Melbourne to regional Victoria and our experience did not live up to expectations (or the reviews online). Our biggest concerns were;- The quote estimate we were given was significantly lower than what was actually invoiced; ie. double.- One of the packers had never packed before. One of the movers was also new and being trained. Both of which slowed things down and when you’re paying an hourly rate this is costly.- Multiple items were damaged in the move.- Neither the pack or the move team had tools on hand to help assemble/disassemble furniture which is claimed to be part of the service.- Payment is required on the spot which is fine, but pressuring, quite literally standing over you and rushing you with comments such as “we won’t leave your house until you’ve paid” is unnecessary.The Support team did come to the table and provide a partial refund but the process was long with a lot of unanswered emails and calls.If you’re considering booking, know that Instamove is essentially a booking agent. The people doing the work are all independent contractors that are not direct employees so your experience will be dictated by which contractor gets your job; good contractor = good experience / bad contractor = bad experience. Whilst I’m sure there are some great contractors in the network, based on our experience, we would not recommend.

Carlos and David were very professional. They were on time and took their time to understand what items needed extra care. Overall there were no damage to the items and I will use their service again next time.
