Best option for every day shopping

Love this place always,shop at Aldi

Like most Aldi stores with a lot of product and specials.Happy friendly staff.They shouldn't sell plants as nobody waters them, they look cheap, dead, half dead and shabby.Not all shelves were fully stocked.

Staff great , lot's of specials , didn't know the Findon store had opened I used to go to the West Lakes store .Prefer the Findon one I'll be returning .

I've never had a bad experience until my shop today, waited in line putting my groceries on the belt and the young lady on the register decided to get everyone else through while I was waiting to be served. Then to add to it, when I was trying to pay my card was declined as she was trying to put through another sale. I understand there is a quota they need to get through but there should atleast be some form of understanding that if you have a customer deal with that customer first. After today I certainly won't be shopping at this store again

Decent store but other Aldi's are more widely stocked. Aldi always has better prices than Woolies and Coles but the product selection is narrower

I've updated my review since Aldi have finally decided to add baskets and half trolleys. It shows they're listening to what customers need in store. I do mainly fruit and veg plus other fresh food shopping here these days and I've found the quality has improved with competitive prices. I would still like to see a little more customer focused things added like actual staff members to assist you if you needed and not being forced to fly through the checkout would also be a bonus. Feeling rushed and unsure if your being over charged is a nice thing when you're doing your grocery shopping. (Yes I've been over charged by multiple scans of single items) that in itself leaves you feeling a little untrusting of this speedy service.

Racist place. If you are not white they will request to see your bag for sure.I love ALDI stores, but this one made my day horrible.I went there to buy food and there was a lot of people with bags.When I was paying, they requested me to show my bag to the staff to see if I did stole something ( They had never asked me for it in other Aldis or other stores like Coles)and guess what? They did not ask the same to the other lady that was beside me with her bag (she was white) .You may need to check who you hire , it was a horrible experience. I will never go back again.

I visited the store on 20/10/2022 for the first time and had a very good impression. Anton was very kind and patient to deal my inquiries and problems. The other shop assistant, a tall guy with a slightly dark skin, is very nice too, having a warm attitude.
