Steele from Meighans is very good to deal with. He explained all the costs and gave us a written estimate. There was no pressure to add on unnecessary items or to choose more expensive items. Thoroughly recommend Meighans

Went for a viewing of our daughter before she as buried. We were asked to be there early in AM so we arrived it bed as they opened. The owner (man) opened door to us? Grunted and nodded his head and walked us into viewing room. Then said to let him know once ‘we are done’ and that he’s ‘on the clock to get to funeral place’. Horrific unprofessional behaviour, lack of ability to communicate and empathise, which for a funeral director you would think they should be capable and practised in…. Will always speak badly of our experience with them and let everyone else know too. If you wish for good service, go to Pettigrews.

Meighan’s were sympathetic, helpful and caring at all times and assisted us with all arrangements, leaving us time to deal with our loss. Steele and John were very professional at all times.

Very happy with all arrangements made and the professionalism, respect and courtesy afforded to us by all the staff. The only issue as reported to me by a number of mourners who viewed the live streaming was the difficulty hearing all of the service. I would highly recommend Meighans Funerals.
