Sian was a lifesaver on Stradbroke Island, making it possible for us to enjoy our holiday without a car. Sian was friendly, professional and always on time. She took us to Blue Lake and came back to pick us up a few hours later. Great value for money.

Booked transport for myself and 10 family and friends to dinner at Kokomo's Beach House for a 6pm reservation. I called and spoke with the driver who asked me to message her the details, which I did and received a confirmation for a 5:45pm pickup.Fast forward to 6pm and the driver has not arrived, conscious of our booking I decided to call to make sure she had not forgotten. The driver answered and claimed she doesn't recall any booking, I explained to her that there definitely was as I have a text from her confirming as such, she then said she would check and give me a call back.Fast forward another 20 minutes and still no word from her, I called again, she then claimed that she checked and there definitely was no booking or text. I explained to her that I was calling her on the number that I first called her on and the number which she send the confirmation text to. She continued to deny this and the conversation was going nowhere. I then asked when she would be able to pick us up, to which she replied [I] would have to wait my turn" as she is on the other side of the island and it will take a while.Ended up all having to walk 45minutes up the big hill and rocked up drenched in sweat moments before the last sitting of the night at Kokomo. They appreciated our business

Service was friendly , professional, comfortable, will use this service instead of bus every time from now on.

What a professional, hassle free and friendly company to deal with! On time, great cost, no messing about service I would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys for helping make Frankies 40th a blast. Will definitely use you again!

sent message via their website 10 days ago...no answer...called on day of service to request availability. i was told to send a text...communicated via text with Stradeasy at 11am and they confirmed pick up from Amity at 3.15pm - provided prices, etc and we agreed to their pick up....all sorted via text message...they didn't show :( ...called them at 3.30pm to be told i had cancelled the booking - i never did. then she hung up on me....left us stranded at Amity...would not recommend to anyone! very unreliable & ultimately extremely rude.

We pre-booked their service 4 days before our trip. They were there waiting 10 minutes prior to our ferry arriving and were straight at the end of the wharf so we didn't have to walk, and then for our return trip there were out the front waiting 15 minutes prior so we never had a delay waiting. This was perfect as we had children and there was 6 of us. Both taxis were immaculate in condition and very clean. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the island. The rate was fair and disclosed during booking. They take both cash and card so is convenient. We will definitely use them again.

StradEasy made my holiday so much easier on Stradbroke Island! Their communication was fantastic from planning through to execution. They were able to recommend sites to visit on the island and were very flexible and accommodating with the various requests of my sister and I. Car hire is exceptionally expensive on the island and the public bus is not very reliable and often super crowded so we were very happy that we decided to go with StradEasy for our trip for door-to-door convenient service, offering value for money and flexibility. We wouldn't hesitate to use this service again and to recommend it to future visitors!

Was at the Annual Island Vibes Festival and I had to grab the first ferry off the island as no busses ran at that time - I overheard some locals recommend the Stradeasy and we discussed how rude / un-accomodating some of the bus drivers were - and that Stradeasy just want better value and better service - well i bingo - I would recommend it every time I even got to pick up a coffee on the way and had good chats !
