Sydney Slice has been managing my rental property in Bondi, I couldn't have asked for better agents. From the moment I contacted them they acted promptly and professionally, inspecting the property immediately, photographing it professionally, listing it and finding a great tenant almost instantly. I am so impressed with both Melanie and Gayle, Melanie goes above and beyond to always keep me in the loop with communication, updates and consistently goes out of her way to accommodate me. I have no hesitation in recommending Sydney Slice to others renting out their properties. I have had other agents in the past who have continually disappointed me and dealing with Sydney Slice is like a fresh of breath air!! So very happy with them and for once I can relax knowing that my property is in the hands of complete professionals.

This is the second time I have worked with Melanie and I am still impressed. Her knowledge of the Sydney market while understanding and taking care of my needs is second to none. Melanie is efficient, trustworthy and personable and I have absolute confidence in her abilities.

Worst rental agency I have encountered. Never responds on time to our queries during our lease but keep sending us emails when they need something. No out of office emails so emails weren't responded for a long time until we called the office and realized the property manager was away.Tried to charge us for everything when our lease ended and we had to look for our initial inspection video & pictures that we took a year before (thank god) to prove that the damages were there before we moved in, if not we had to pay for the unnecessary repairs.Chased us constantly regarding the repair approval however took them 6 weeks to refund our bond. Charged us and blamed our cleaners for damaging the lights (based on their painters word) however this was denied by the cleaners as we did not request them to clean the lights. Got deducted from the bond anyway as they insisted that our cleaners broke the lights (they initially said they would look into it)Completely unprofessional and misconduct behavior. Would not recommend at all as you will come out frustrated & it is just not worth the stress.

Completely unprofessional, worst property agency I had to deal with.Never respond in time if you need them, but will hassle you constantly if they need something from you.Will try to charge you for everything, and had to prove them wrong. Documented every one of their misconducts, steer clear of Sydney Slice.

SydneySlice is the WORST rental agency I have ever come to in my entire life, and trust me - I have had some bad experiences with rental agencies but these guys take the cake. All the staff including Gayle & Cory are 110% toxic individuals and always turn a blind eye when I asked for any help regarding anything problems or had any queries...no follow ups, no communication and they do not handle anything in a professional manner. I would be lucky to get a response within a quarter. I am still waiting for my bond to be given back, and it has been over a month. They are very racist type of people and will bully anyone into a corner making yourself look like the culprit. These people (& the business) need some serious re-training on customer service and need to learn how to empathise with their tenants. I do not know how they have any customers, and I would not suggest anyone to ever use SydneySlice because I will guarantee that you will come out frustrated, poorer and its just not worth your trouble.

They are professional and very responsive to our tenants needs and our needs.I have also use SydneySlice Buyers Agency and highly recommend their services. They are exceptional Buyers Agents and I would never buy a property without their assistance.
