***BUYERS BEWARE GET A THIRD PARTY MECHANIC TO INSPECT VEHICLE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM CAR SELLING ***Part 1/2I have bought a vehicle through Car Selling Friday 23/4/21, when i bought the vehicle it had faulty air conditioning which they had promised me parts where on the way and would be arriving the following week to fix, 6 weeks later these parts are not here and they keep giving a different excuse every week.Radiator leaking the day i drove it out on the Friday afternoon i called them on the Saturday and advise them about the leak the asked me to bring it back on the Monday so they can fix it, They then told me they took it to Mercedes to fix (MERCEDES HAS NO RECORDS OF THE VEHICLE GOING THERE) less than 200km later the radiator is leaking again and Car Selling wants no responsibility for it.Structural damage on the vehicle when i bought it and again i was advised this would be fixed.. still not fixed, The vehicle is going into QLD transport 31/5/21 to get a road worth inspection to render if a investigation into a fraudulent road worthy was supplied. Will update

The WORST car yard I’ve ever brought a car from! Brought my car a year and a half ago and have bad nothing but issues, they have stuffed me around and made up every excuse on why they couldn’t help fix any of the issues now a year and a half later they are telling me there’s still nothing they can do.Not even a week after I brought the car I had a tire pop while driving, the gear stick completely falls out, my spare tire has a nail in it and was all rusted. The engine light was on. When I asked for a copy of the road worth cert they told me they don’t keep them.Over $6000 has been spent trying to repare the car they sold me and now the mechanic can’t even diagnose what’s wrong with the car. I now have no car and still paying my finance for another year and a half.Currently going through QCAT and taking further legal actionDO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!

The day I drove out of the dealership my check engine light came on, from that point forward I had to return at least 9 times in 3 months for different issues. They acted like I was the issue and treated me poorly, they refused to document anything until I had to refuse to come collect my vehicle until they gave me documentation of works completed. Within a week of having the car the radiator broke, they claimed a large screw had gotten into the radiator? In order to claim I was at fault (which is so unlikely it's mind blowing). Mind you I hadn't even gone on a road that went over 70km per hour at that point. The windows broke, the check engine light came on constantly, the indicator broke (which they claimed wasn't their issue, after sending them a screenshot of legislation stating that an indicator used as a hazard light is their problem within the warranty period they told me they would fix it) for the indicator I had to go back within 3 minutes of leaving as it had in fact not been fixed. They took my car to Brisbane to be check twice and went through tolls without notifying me, I found out when I got a notice they were overdue and had $40 owing which I had them payDealing with them (and the female co-owner) was a complete nightmare, they were so rude and acted as though I was the issue when I had had to return 9 times to have the car i paid almost 10k for fixed. Truly the worst experience and wouldn't recommend anyone bother with them.My next service I found out that my car wouldn't even pass a road worthy and would cost 2.5k to fix all the issues, it was strongly advised by the mechanic I just get rid of it and start again due to the condition.10 months after purchasing my car I have nothing. Do not go through these people, they should be shut down.

We had a few issues with the purchase..A bent rim on the tyre and no second key for the vehicle. Being an Audi a 2nd key is worth $1200. Damien and the owner Michelle sorted it out straight away. New rims and a 2nd key supplied. Sam and I highly recommend for customer service and making sure the car is in excellent condition.

If you are a woman go elsewhere. I was sold a car that had problems from the time I drove it from the dealership. I returned for repairs several times before the motor completely died months after purchase. I went to a different mechanic then who told me the car wasn't road worthy. The motor was not road worthy. They also sold me a car with four different and old tyres which had severe wear from poor alignment.. The heater had been removed. The radiator had a hole in it. I had expensive repairs done on electrics. Muffler replaced. Carselling took no responsibility. I applied to the tribunal who told me Carselling were liable. Due to health issues I was unable to deal with issue. I hope to warn others. These people are great at conning you.

Wasted our time and money, either by purposeful deceit or more likely sheer incompetence. We purchased a Mazda 2 for the purpose of a business road trip and then to be delivered to a relative as a gift. We were told the car had all its paperwork complete and would be ready for pick up in 5 days on a Thursday. As a result we proceeded to lock in our work and accommodation bookings. On the Monday they tried to shift the date, but we said we needed it Thursday as they had promised, so they again agreed to deliver that day. Then on the Thursday morning after we had paid in full they called to say they had failed to realise that the paperwork had not been completed on their end as we were originally told and the car wouldn't be available until the following week, meaning we were forced to cancel all our business trip bookings at the 11th hour. We were offered a $400 discount, but this was nothing compared to the thousands we lost in cancelled freelance business, hotel and flight bookings. We are significantly out of pocket and frustrated after we were repeatedly told it would be ready. It appears others have had positive experiences here, but this definitely wasn't the case for us. Currently we're waiting for a refund and would not recommend.
