Beyond useless, I'm paying as a business customer for what should be the best service available on fixed wireless NBN and they can't even be bothered answering the telephone.I'm paying for 50/20 speeds and I'm lucky to get 1/7 (which is a bizare figure in and of itself).Regret ever going with this mob and am seriously consiering terminating the contract and going with someone else who at least offers out of hours support for their unusable service.Seriously, no one should ever go with Bendigo Telco, worse than useless!

In every possible way the worst internet service you can imagine!To get any decent internet I had to turn off Wifi and just use 4G on my phone. This internet is so poor that you can’t even use FaceTime, and netflix will spend most of the time buffering or cutting out.If you call them here is always a wait to speak to someone. They are friendly, but totally unable to solve problems.Final straw, they cut off my internet as apparently I had switched to a new provider. I hadn’t!! But I will now!!!My advice. Steer well clear!

I’ve been with bendigo telco mobile broadband for a few months. Everything worked fine until I went over my data limit. Excessive overcharges and a 2 - 4 delay so way of knowing where you’re at with the data usage. I was overcharged 6 times but did not receive any warning until I had gone away on holiday 5 days after I had left my house. When I called to complain they were very rude and pretty much hung up on me. Terrible and insidious service. I will change my service next month.

I really wouldn’t be too concerned by the one star reviews from “Fake news media” and Danica Chance that leaves one star reviews for “Skullnail art”. Bendigo Telco is like a family, they do care; far more than the big companies that only see you as a number in the system. This is a reason alone to choose this company as the costumer service is literally unlike any other.. If you have a concern or complaint; might I suggest actually raising it with the company before leaving a bad review.

Amazing service! The team have been extremely helpful changing us over from Telstra and adding an extra line. Kept us informed the whole way and any time I had a question whoever I spoke to on the phone was able to help straight away. Shout out to Liam for doing everything he could to make the transition seamless also.

Bendigo Telco have been absolutely outstanding for our business. I would gladly give them a glowing reference to anyone, any time. Great company, great people and a first-rate supplier of IaaS and networking solutions. We've had some seriously big players attempt to penetrate our systems hosted on Bendigo Telco's infrastructure. They can't touch it!

Service is awful, it is not uncommon to run a speed test and get 1-2mbs and we're supposed to be on a faster service. Calling the help desk is painful at best, generally about an hour wait to get through. To cap it all off we've been slugged a $300 fee that is listed in the terms as a new development fee"
