Have to be honest here. One gentlemen was very kind and his interaction with others were polite. Unfortunately, the other young man was rude and impolite each interaction.We did not count before but I’m 100% sure we didn’t have so many cans…so not sure why they put it at these amounts ? How undocumented and unprofessional is this all???

The guys there are ALWAYS kind and welcoming. Every time I come in, I get greeted with big smiles and positive attitudes (even if its like 40⁰c outside and they've been working in the heat all day). I go out of my way to come to this specific depot just for the incredible service

SCAMMERS & PETTY THIEVES. Not only one time but MANY TIMES those scammers try to rip me off. I counted bottles and cans twice and they gave me 41 units less than that. I asked where they get the numbers, the young man didn't know what to talk and the other man just yelled at me, such a bunch of scammers. Rude and thieves. They even tried to scammed me twice with the number by giving LESS what they wrote down. I reported to ACCC for those rubbish people.

I have been using this bottle depot for years and I never counted the amount of bottles and cans just trusting their count as OK. But for the last 4 runs I started doubting the obvious low counts so on the last run I counted everything twice and they where short by a lot. I queried this and they said nope they where spot on and that’s it.Low payed workers gotta top up their pay somehow I guess. I moved on to another depot which is a shame as I only live around the corner from them.

90% of the times, underpaid, sometimes marginal, sometimes underpaid by 40%. I never asked too much, because it was pointless with their weird replies. Lately I have started going somewhere else with good Goggle reviews.

I Always double count my bottle and then hand them a piece of paper with amount on it with no problem until today when they ripped me off 1/5 of my total $$

Took in my cans and bottles today and I had pre counted them as I have had issues here in the past . Was short changed just under $8 . Will never go there again . What a rip off

The blokes are always super friendly and super quick, especially if you take the time to do a count and show them. They always seem very upbeat as opposed to some other places I've been in the west of Adelaide.
