Vincent was very helpful and prompt, and when he couldn't resurrect my old and neglected laptop, he had a refurbished one that suited my needs and budget. I will be taking his advice and having this one regularly cleaned and serviced!

My laptop developed a fault just at the start of a new project which involved video conferencing. The service I got from Vincent was excellent! He fitted my work into his busy schedule, accommodated my tight timelines, found a solution to a very difficult and rare problem with my laptop. He was polite, efficient and thorough with the job. When I visited for another problem, again I wasn't disappointed with the service I received. Thank you for doing a brilliant job on my laptop. I appreciate it.

Fixed my laptop BETTER than new. Vincent at Zenith Computers quickly found a major problem with my laptop, a busted battery that was causing several other issues. As soon as the replacement part arrived he had it fixed within the day, solving the other issues all at once. My laptop now has a higher battery life than the manufacturer standard, and also a properly functioning cooling system and touchpad. Extended its life by a several years at a fraction of the cost. Will gladly return for a future service, but honestly my PC is in such good condition now that it won't need it again for a long time. Great work.

Brought my laptop in because the wifi wasn't working. $285 later it's still not working. They kept my laptop for 3 days and called me on the last day because they were closing for a week and told me to pi ck up my computer, they had not fixed the issue. They charged almost 300 to have not fixed the issue.Itimized as part of that charge was 1 hour labour listed as reinstall Chrome and Steam" for $150. Soething they know I was more than capable of doing myself.I am very unhappy
