The quality and craftmanship and the entire customer experience has well exceed my expectations. Brian is a master in his field. My seat covers for leather sofa seemed too small for the cushions that were inside of them and zips were broken. They were replaced in a short time for a very reasonable price. Thanks Thorncraft & Darby Upholstery
