had a bit of a rocky start with chasing for quotes however had Luke join the team and he has been great with communication and ensuring the best price. have had 5 apartments done with carpet via Luke and all has been amazing!

Writing a review is serious to me. My words can hold an importance in someones decison. So I am writing this review so that people can understand my personal experience and that can help make their decision. I came from a truly terrible experience with another carpet company and was quite worried about getting my carpet replaced, From the first moment I called to finish, my experience was perfect. Jason came to see what needed to be done, same day had quote given to me and appoitment booked. The carpet installer, Cris V, was amazing, such a professional. They have truly gone above and beyond, They also added things that I should have paid for but they added them in because it was after the quote had been done. I truly can not praise them enough. I hadn't seen such workmanship in a long time. From Luke the store manager to the entire team. Thank you. Plus their carpet range is beautiful and such good quality.

We enjoyed a fantastic experience with Fortitude Valley Carpet Call. We had tenants that needed new carpet and new vinyl planks. Luke and the gang at Fortitude Valley gave us a quote and a date, and then did each job without any fuss, exactly as promised. The service I received from Rav was amazing, he was very helpful in helping me to select the best colour rug for my living room and even went above and beyond to arrange delivery to my apartment 2 rugs (2m x 2.9m) of different colours so that I can compare which colour works better for my living room. Viru brought the rugs over and also very helpful and friendly. The advice and service given from Viru was also outstanding. Overall fantastic experience with the Rav and Viru. I will look for them again when I need to change my carpet. Highly recommend them for their great service and the carpet was very comfortable and looks beautiful.

Use Carpet Call for some Roller blinds and plantation shutters. Only a small job but it became a frustrating experience.Not really related to this particular store, but Carpet Call more generally.On the positive side, the finished product is fine now that it is installed.However when we placed the order we were told it would take 6 weeks. In fact it ended up taking 17 weeks due to a combination of factors with supply chain, and delays in them arranging test measures and installations.It took them 3 weeks and multiple follow up calls to arrange the original test measure. As soon as that was done we were told it would be 12 weeks till fitting. The original estimate was therefore misleading.When product was ready for installation we were given a date and we made arrangements to be home. They then changed the date to a week earlier. They were a no show for that. Called them and the original date was no longer available. That was 17 weeks after our order was placed. We weren't available for the next date they had, as it was Xmas week and we had plans, so delayed a further 2 weeks (bringing it to 19 weeks after the order).Installer when he came did a decent job. The shutters were fine. The blind was about 0.5cm too narrow so lets a bit of light in at night.Ultimately felt tricked and let down and would not use again.

We engaged Luke and the crew from Fortitude Valley Carpet Call. Very pleased with the outcome. New carpet and new vinyl planks for tenants. They couldn't be happier.
