Pizza Hut Mount Pleasant
Ordered wrong pizza online. Noticed as soon as I paid. Tried to call both 131166 and store # repeatedly.Neither would answer. Finally got a hold of the store only to be told that driver had already left, and there was nothing they could do. Finally was told I’d get a refund. Here’s hoping!

Ordered in store, waited 1 hour 15 min for 4 pizzas 4 sides 12 wings, crew is unorganised, lacking leadership and terrible with communication. Larger orders were finished way before ours and other in-store customers were experiencing the same treatment. And online orders were meaning in-store orders were being picked apart to make up the order faster. Once pizza was received, it was cold and we were faced with attitude when we asked kindly for them to be remade or reheated or something. In total wasted almost 1.5 hours to get cold pizza and burnt wings. This place used to be a real gem.

My husband robert clarke ordered pizza on 3rd of May he got a message to say it would be delivered by 6.20 we did not received it until 6.45 .We are so very disapointed we all ways order pizza from u .Thanks Cheryl Clarke

Wow, all I can say is that customer service is not on their radar. I believe I was speaking with the boss when ordering at the shop. He was rude and spoke down on me. He argued and was disrespectful towards staff while I was in the shop. I would not recommend going here. Take your money somewhere else. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This place used to be great with top notch service. Over the last year, every order I make the experiences and delivery wait times are just getting worse and worse to the point of not recommending or wanting to order from this store again. Every time I try and call the 131166 number it is says it's connecting me to the store but after a few seconds it claims no one is answering and they will notify the store I called but I get no call backs or anything, quite pathetic service from Pizza Hut as whole with that issue. I paid $3.00 for an upgraded Pepperoni Lovers Pizza tonight to make it an ***EPICPepperoni*** but only got a basic Pepperoni Pizza with half the Pizza only having 10 slices of Pepperoni on it (I wish I took a photo now...).

Wouldn’t recommend the thin crust or original go deep pan instead if you don’t want cardboard. Very fast service and polite staff.
