Generally a good experience however the product did not match its picture (rose petal picture showed beautifully pink petals…. Perfect for what I was wanting. What arrived was brown rose petals which didn’t look so nice on the food). Very disappointed as I now have an expensive bag of unattractive petals.

The product is good but I wasn't a fan of their Communication or customer service.Communication was poor. I emailed requesting a receipt, email not acknowledged. I called, was told they'd seen the email, will tend to it tomorrow, but there'd be 1 with the product.Product arrived with no receopt/invoice. No invoice or email reply sent.
