I am so pleased with the installation of my new commercial aircon. It was not an easy job as Matt had to incorporate some existing ducting from the original system. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the finished system is all working perfectly. I would highly recommend Emperor Air.

Matt from the get go was brilliant! Communication is without a doubt is 5 star alone: he was punctual throughout our quote and install. Matt was extremely prompt, motivated and helpful. He provided us with all options and his professional opinion. He not only fixed current issues and a new motor installation but also fixed issues from previous installation not done by him, that we had no idea about. We will definitely be using this service again for all our heating and cooling needs

Matt is very professional, offers great advice about the system required for the size of the space and takes the time to explain the detail. He has installed a split system for us in an apartment and recently I moved and didn't hesitate to call Matt to install a ducted and a split system in our duplex. He completed the job with ease and nothing was too much trouble.Matt is well priced, has great customer service and always reliable.

Matt was an absolute legend, he installed ducted into our home a few years ago, booked him in for a service and as you could imagine with the recent weather we had (hot az) he had been run off his feet, but was still able to squeeze us in, and perform a service on our aircon System.

Great workmanship. Slot diffusers installed giving the rooms a much more modern look.All AC ducting was re-done to remove old ducting with tears and bad/poor insulation. New 24volt zone motors and control panel were install instead of the old and fire hazard 240volt motors. More zones were added as well.All of the AC system was serviced and the filter replaced with HEPA rated filter to help improve the air quality in the house.
