My daughter put her vehicle in for a service as it was running rough. It came out still running rough, service light still on, check engine light still on, no receipt, no information provided for what the had supposedly done. I called to manager/owner and asked why? He stated someone would call me back, they didn't. My daughter is expecting her first child and a student. Absolutely disgusting. I will be taking it further with consumer business bureau and Bridgestone / Trident head office. These mechanics that rip young girls off should be held accountable , 0 stars.
