Stuart has been my physio for 6 years. He helped me through a shoulder injury and two surgeries on my shoulder. He takes the time to explain everything and answers any questions you may have. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend!

Have always been very happy with my experiences and treatments at Total Physio. I started reformer Pilates here 2 years ago and is the best my muscles and body form have been. Have also seen Stuart and Roisín for Physio sessions and very satisfied with how both my problems were resolved and treated.

Great experience with Stuart! I'd had a hip injury for several years and couldn't seem to make progress with other medical practitioners. Stuart understood the injury quickly, gave me really manageable exercises and the confidence to push myself. Can happily say my body is starting to feel like it did pre-injury and I'm back to running and HIIT sessions. Thanks Stuart! Highly recommend

I’ve been going to total physio for about 12 months now for lower back pain. The whole team have been amazing and supported me back to 110% health. Between the clinical visits and the classes I couldn’t rate this clinic more highly.Treatments are efficient and effective and tailored to what works best for me. Partnering that with the classes (mat Pilates, reformer and strength) has meant that I’ve recovered more quickly from injury, as those running the classes are the people that treat me in the clinic. It’s the perfect combination for me!

Total Physio is one of the best around, always so professional, the app for exercises is really helpful after treatment and makes it easy to do the correct rehab. Highly recommend them
