I recently had to survey my property as a retaining wall was collapsing and needed to be re-built requiring a survey to be undertaken. After speaking to friends deWitt Consulting were recommended and I have nothing but the highest regard and praise for the work that was done.The two surveyors undertook their work in less than ideal weather (scattered light and heavy showers), yet did it extremely professionally and never stopped working the entire time except to clarify instructions, provide details, information and include photos. One of the surveyors very kindly retrieved my escapee Jack Russel dog during their time at the property.When I received the plans in two formats (PDF and DWG) I was astounded by the attention to detail of the diagrams and marvelled at their skills in observation, measurements, recording and presentation.My communications with the company was extremely pleasant and professional with clear information and timely follow up.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a survey and would definitely use them again if the need arose.Thank you for doing such a great job guys I couldn’t be happier!

Colin, Emma and his team at Dewitt Consulting have been amazing, from start to finish! We engaged them when we brought a block on Cherry rd in Eleebana in December 2019. We knew minimal about subdivisions and couldn’t have done what we have achieved without them!! We turned our 2acres into a 3block subdivision on what you could call a difficult block with 19 adjoining neighbours. We now have a house/large shed development on the way! They have been amazing and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! With their knowledge and expertise in all areas development they have proven to be of an exceptionally high level. No need to chase anything or follow up as Colin & Emma seem to be one step ahead!!Thanks again for all of your continued hard work and dedication!!

Working as an Architect I have used Dewitt consulting many times over the past 15 years to prepare detailed surveys for development applications. I keep going back to them because they are so reliable. They dont miss the detail I need, they inform me of anything out of the ordinary and deliver on time. We required a boundary survey for a new fence around our residential property last year. We chose de Witt Consulting knowing they are highly regarded within their industry. They were respectful, accommodating and handled our job easily. They are a great team and we highly recommend them.

I went to this company for a DA back in 2018.I was told it will be a simple job.Almost 2.5 years later and some staff changes, the costs have escalated and I keep being told this is just normal .Whilst I did expect some delays and some possible extra fees, I feel that I am paying unnecessary costs.Had the work being carried out correctly by this company , I would not be chasing my tail.I left a negative review earlier this year but they convinced me that things will improve and asked me to remove my 1 star review.I did at the time in the hope of getting better results.It is with great sadness that I am back to leaving a 1 star review AGAIN.I really had hoped that at least for my sake I would be able to leave a great review and move on but I see no end to this.

It was a pleasure working with De Witt Consulting for our project in Wallsend. Clayton has been very helpful in providing all the info that we needed as a first time builder. 5 Stars for sure
