Poor communication and customer serviceAttempted to phone Cloud 9 Baby Bedrooms on 3 occasions now for the mobile number to phone out with no response. My order is currently 6 weeks delayed- Most likely 2 months delayed due to shipping issues; was meant to arrive mid December 2021. Regular automated emails about shipping information were sent however were very general and weren’t very productive leading to confusion about shipping/pick up/ETA. Still awaiting arrival of my nursery set at 31 weeks pregnant and I will be reviewing the quality and overall experience.

Similar to other recent reviews, our order was delayed by a month. Whilst this was initially disappointing, communication from Cloud 9 was always transparent and regular updates were provided, including an option to cancel and refund our order if we needed. We had a couple of minor issues with quality when assembling the furniture, however after troubleshooting with the team these were resolved quickly. Beautiful furniture, just as pictured on the website.

Cloud 9 Baby Bedrooms
We are very happy with our experience from cloud 9 baby bedrooms. All of the flat pack boxes fit easily into our Toyota corolla and we were provided a friendly service when picking it all up. The furniture was in good condition and relatively easy to assemble. The only issue we encountered were the furniture connecter cam locks. They were the least user friendly part of the assembly process. Overall we are very happy with the furniture and the service!

I ordered a set in Feb & it’s still not complete. I got a notification that my order was coming, however they couldn’t source a mattress so took my money for over a month before letting me know. Updated my address for it to go to my old one, broken part, a replacement was sent that was the wrong part, then a new replacement part was sent to a completely unknown address. Stressed out that it will not be completed before baby comes. Emailing back and forward & now trying to get a refund. Would not recommend this company at all!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Cloud 9 baby bedrooms has been nothing but a disappointment from the start.Waiting months for a “pre order” for it to only arrive with missing items that I was not notified about until I emailed and asked where these items are.Very poor quality furniture with lots of damage and rusty nails.Save yourself the trouble and shop else where.Customer service has been appalling and I am still waiting to be notified on when I will receive these missing items.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Would not recommend if you want peace of mind! Did the order right at the start of my wife's pregnancy and she was so happy with it just to get trikled emails of how they can't deliver. One email saying sorry we can't give you a cot mattress anymore, another saying sorry we can't get you the changing mat and frame you paid extra for. Don't believe the mattress for the bassinet was sent to us either. If you don't want this stress I would not recommend ordering from them at all!!

They went above and beyond to get our order to us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product. The bed is amazing and even better than pictured.
