Very happy with my massage will come back again

I go twice a week and have lived 32 years abroad and spent a lot of time getting massages for my stress levels. Sally has to be the very best technician at relaxing my body , massaging and keeping my mind and spirit in a positive light .God Bless Miracle Massage

This is a hard one because the massage from Bo was fantastic. Pressure and technique was spot on. But the main lady, works front desk I think owns the place, has an absolutely disgusting attitude. From the phone call booking the appointment she was just rude… and argued with me because she didn’t ask if I’d like a copy of my receipt as I was paying with my health fund. When usually I’m asked if I want a copy of receipt, how am I to know when she presses ‘No customer copy’ without asking I guess. But just the fact that she argued and told me it was my fault. I was told to take a picture if I wanted a receipt, which obvs I did. She needs a wake up call and some customer service training.

My physio suggested a reflexology massage due to a torn planta fascia muscle. It was great, and made me realise i need this more regularly. Staff were very informative and told me step by step what area of my body related to me feet.

The team here are fantastic, they're very friendly and the service is excellent.
