Do not see Dr Kaiko. My appointment went over time because she was SO slow. It cost me $107 for a doctors certificate. She only did minor things that every other doctor in the centre takes a maximum of ten minutes to do. Total rip off.

Husband and I were super fortunate to receive our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine tonight. Cannot commend the staff highly enough...every single person we dealt with was amazing. Ellie and Sam who welcomed us in and sorted our forms, Nurse Anni who gave us our shot (and we did not feel a thing!! she’s amazing!!), Dr Sarah who checked in - just beautiful, and then Gemma who booked our second appointment. Everyone here working so hard. We’re all very grateful ♥️ Thank you!!

To the manager RTFP,I just spoke with your receptionist who refused to take an appointment for my partner because he needs to attend a “new patient” appointment in 6 weeks time and they would not book an urgent appointment for him on Friday, on a day where he is home from working away.She advised that his last appointment there was in 2019 and he is now no longer classed as a patient.My point is, that someone who doesn’t use and abuse the system, someone who is rarely sick, someone who works away all the time, someone who is a full fee paying no-concession patient is now being penalized at at time when they are really sick and desperately need an appointment.I also advised her that I am a long term patient and he is my partner and that he only moved to the area in late 2017.Your staff member advised that this is just “your policy”.The lack of empathy from your staff is really disappointing.EDIT- thankfully another local GP (that he has never been to before) was able to give him an appointment in 2 days time.

Very judgemental reception. Son had an appointment, which was an hr late. He has had financial problems due to being ill and unable to work. Asked for an invoice, so we could help when paid. The receptionist was very rude, and she became rather loud, so confidentiality was lost. Disrespectful of patients and their situations. Avoid!! What has happened to our health & well-being system?! What a Joke!

Dr Williams was empathetic and took the time to listen and offer real solutions. He is a doctor who took on board the fact that I have medical training/knowledge and didn't write off my opinion. Definitely recommended in a world where many GPs are too arrogant to listen to their patients concerns/ opinions.

Incredible Clinic and Dr Kwok is a great doctor / person. Alwayse very nice and caring. Very professional. Highly recomand this Surgery.

Always efficient staff on duty, however the doctors rarely are on time.

Dr Cavanagh is an awesome practitioner. Can't recommend her enough. Really great at putting everything in language I can understand. She also gave me the best advice I've had in how to look at managing my weight. I have had countless nutritionists and GPs advise me, but Dr Cavanagh finally put forward a solution that was simple and effective to this day. I've now lost 14kg and am confident I can keep it off long term.Bravo Zulu.

Unfortunately I have only seen the newer, training Drs here so my file gets shuffled a bit. Dr Kwok is the new Dr in the practice so my file went to him. Would not recommend, defensive, rude, unhelpful. Refused to follow up with a specialist I was referred to some time ago, despite the specialist telling me I needed my Dr to follow up and reception telling me I needed to see a Dr physically in the practice to get them to contact the specialist.Taken in at 8:15AM, for 8AM appointment, out at 8:33AM (I had waited to pay, questioned the payment, made payment and was on the other side of the Terrace, parked by 8:44AM) charged long consult, which when I questioned I was told was a 25min appointment. Such a shame as the practice Drs even though, previously new have always been friendly, informative and open to discussion and have never been charged a long consult unless I went in for multiple issues. 10/10 do not recommend this Dr based on my experience.

Very comprehensive facility. Professionally run and my experience with their pathology and Dr Richards has been professional, competent and positive. I recommend.
