I would never use this company and my place needs a wash too, I’ll go somewhere else. The way the guy drove on Princes Highway today from Clayton to Caulfield, just after 2.30 was frightening. He deliberately tried to slow down at green lights suddenly, then zipped in and out of traffic cutting me and other drivers off. It was scary and unsettling. Drivers with company logo’s on their vans forget, but people pay attention and when you are rude and aggressive on the road it sends a negative message about your business and your trustworthiness.

Excellent gutter cleaning service provided. Very professional and careful, took time to communicate everything that they found and where there were possible issues. Overall price was good and the guys are helpful and very skillful, and they arrived on time. Would definitely call them again for any major cleaning operation.

Three and a half weeks before needing my house cleaned I rang Vic Cleaning for a quote, Vic Cleaning rang me back telling me they had a special and will do my house cleaning and carpet steam cleaning for this specials price. So that was agreed on and I had the price confirmed via text. I was happy to go with that price otherwise I would have cleaned it myself and had my carpets done the next day.I had a very unprofessional experience on the day, I received a phone call at 8am on the day of my appointment (had them booked to come out at 9am) that I had booked 3 and a half week prior to confirm that I still wanted someone to come out. Once I said yes I definitely still want someone to come out she said no worries I’ll send someone out for you. I don’t think she booked me in with whoever agreed to the specials price.About 20 minutes later I received a text message stating they quoted me completely wrong and are now charging me $100 more. I found that very unprofessional to expect me to pull that out of no where as I was under the impression the cleaning was only going to be x amount.I ended up canceling and getting a lovely man who made time to come out for me while he was booked out and on such short notice to steam clean my carpets. I spent my time doing the cleaning Vic Cleaning were booked in to do.

Prompt and very professional & great customer service, nothing was too much to ask, from cleaning gutters to steam cleaning our carpet and pressure cleaned outside on our concrete. Our home feels so fresh now! Thanks again!

Highly disappointed.We were referred by a guy who previously did 2 jobs for us and was amazing.We trusted his reference and on the advise we left the entire house 4 bedroom, living, formal lounge, 2 bathrooms and backyard to the guys and were told will take almost 6 hours.The job was done within 3 hours and the only thing which was cleaned completely was the side concrete. The oven was not cleaned at all, major part of the house still had dust and was not cleaned at all . They gave us just 10 minutes to inspect the house. And The guy was in a rush to leave without waiting for us to check. When I called later, he was rude and said you should have told me when I asked you to inspect.He charged $900 for 3 hours and did a pathetic job. On multiple request to send the invoice, we haven’t yet received it. We Will never recommend him to anyone. He just ripped us off and we felt cheated.

Called them to clean my tile roof ,sakthi and team did an amazing job for reasonable price. I requested them to clean my driveway and outside wall. Very happy with the outcome. Didn't overcharged .I strongly recommend this hardworking experienced people
