New Olympic Motel
Room 106 was dirty, cutlery and plates were wet and dirty, microwave had no plate to sit food on so didn't rotate. The bed blanket was thrown in the bottom of the wardrobe and the price was a rip off.

Its location is very handy to the shops and eateries. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with. The rooms are very clean and have all you need to make your stay comfortable. The family rooms are very spacious and a very big bathroom. Enjoyed my stay over a number of nights.

Extremely nasty manager. After being threatened for my life by another visoter, manager became aggressive after I called the police. Would definitely not recommend, especially with a family. Warning.

Stayed for 5 nights & my room was not cleaned at all. I had to ask for my bin to be emptied as it was overflowing & for fresh towels.room was ok & had everything you needed. It seems the motel is also used by homeless people. Great location & plenty of parking even undercover. It's under new management since the floods & service is non existent.

Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend. We booked a family ‘delux’ room and it was pitiful. Smelt of cigarette smoke, fire alarm ripped out, light switch was burnt out, tv not working, air con leaking, and tv cabinet was broken apart and just left in the room. Not clean and felt/smelt damp.We cancelled booking and left.

No towels, no soap, no milk, one pkt of bikkies for two of us, used shampoo bottles left in the shower. Gave us the wrong room as wife cannot climb stairs, on a walker. Finally got new room after arguing that it was going to cost us extra for a ground floor unit. We said not paying extra that we'd booked all of this online and even emailed and rang the motel to ensure we had a ground level room. Very disappointing.

Wifi and signal are atrocious, only sometimes hot water, air-conditioning pipes not covered and hanging in the bathroom.

Good rooms. Efficient and helpful staff. Was there for 2 nights. Room was well set, cleaned, needs of guests taken care of. Worth staying in this motel as near all basic amenities. Value for money.

Comfy bed. The place needs a good deep clean. The courtyard is communal. Good internet connection. Nice big shower space and good hot water.
