I'm really annoyed with this mechanic the have screwed me around 3 times first giving me the wrong quote then saying I will be done today and now finding out thats it's not going to be done today. Not good enough. I do not recommend and I will not be using these guys again

The team there was fantastic. Professional, friendly and practical in their solutions.I initially went there and Adele on the front desk went out of her way to help me with a numberplate issue (was registering the car and couldn't remove the old anti-theft screws). She walked me next door to seek advice and then helped me remove them while on-site.I returned a week later with my car for some radio issues and they resolved the problem. Going to great lengths to ensure it was working without charging me for excess labour. Adele kept me in the loop the whole journey. I'd actually arrived slightly early that morning and another member of staff held conversation with me and made me coffee until others arrived.I am now trying to find things wrong with my car so I can have an excuse to go back and provide them more of my business. I think the front struts are next.

Got 2 tyres changed few weeks ago with the alignment. While price matching they confirmed they will give tyre plan as My car(kmart tyres) does it if you buy 2 or more tyres from them. Then on 10/12/2022 it was confirmed by manager when I picked my car. I took my car to get wheel alignment checked as it was not done properly and girl at reception told me they never told me that I will get tyre plan. Very poor communication between staff there. Also wheel alignment not fixed. Don't go to this place if you love your car.Update: They called me couple of days after replying to this post that they could not find my details in the system. Offered to fix my cars wheel alignment. I asked them to send an email confirming this but still no email.

These are great guys, they know their stuff. Even though I didn't drink coffee in their coffee machine, I was pleased with the speed and lots of smiles.

Couldn't fault their work and price was very competitive. Very happy customer and will use again without hesitation
