Jane and Jasmine were absolutely incredible working with us to design and create our dream engagement ring. We absolutely love Jasmine’s work. She is a perfectionist. So far we have completely redesigned my wife’s engagement ring, had Jasmine repair multiple pieces of jewellery and purchased countless items. Don’t waste you time at the shops call Jasmine.

Highly recommended, working with Jasmine was a great experience especially having no prior knowledge of the design process. Believe all the other positive reviews! My partner and I wanted to design our engagement ring together, and we went to just about every jeweller and jewellery shop in Melbourne. We had a feeling about Jasmine so we held off from making any decisions before we'd met with her, and we're so unbelievably glad we did.Jasmine made the process so special, she is warm and welcoming and really listened. She spent so much time chatting with us to uncover exactly what we wanted and was so much more thorough than anyone else we spoke to. I would also say that Jasmine is the best in terms of value for money - her work is absolutely top notch quality, she's absolutely committed to making pieces that will last a lifetime, and she's totally transparent about price so you know exactly what you're getting. I have had the most lovely and customer-centric experiences with both Jane and Jasmine these passed couple of months. I initially came in to see their wonderful range for an engagement ring and whilst they had beautiful rings on offer, I was after something a little different. After going to multiple stores across Melbourne I knew I wanted a sapphire ring and after seeing the amazing Instagram posts, I'd pinned Jasmine Fraser as the place I wanted it made. The care they put into their work is just outstanding and each interaction was so positive, you can tell they really love what they do.They were so patient with me and when I finally came across a design that I loved, I immediately sent the team a photo and they were able to get a sketch and quote ready for me in a really quick turnaround. The process to find the stones and the colour I wanted was really collaborative and they stuck with our desired budget.Fast forward 6 weeks and I was able to pick up my ring which exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was so delicate and the clasps and sizing was exactly as I'd pictured. Not only was I euphoric that it looked so amazing on, I was also advised the ring came in a little cheaper than initially budgeted so double whammy!Thank you so much for going above and beyond with us from day 1 and for creating something so beautiful that I look forward to wearing every single day.

I couldn't recommend Jasmine and Jane enough.
