My second time to Lily's Clothing Alterations. The shop have been around for over 20 years and with those years come faultless experience and professionalism.It's a little shop in Haymarket, but Lily's expertise and service is impressive. Not to mention efficient and very quick!I had my dresses altered into skirts (with box pleats) and they were completed in 5 days!! .Highly recommend!

Lily is a fantastic tailor. She is the only tailor I use and trust. Her assistant is also lovely, both of the are a pleasure to deal with.I’ve brought in dresses, trousers and jumpsuits to alter. Some needed a lot of work, especially those that needed to be sized down, others some minor alterations. She took care to explain what needs to be done, gave me sound advice and the finished clothing was perfect.Lily’s pricing is fair and much better value than others considering how skilled she is and what she is able to do. If you’re looking for alterations, I’d recommend seeing Lily at her shop.

Lily's Alterations is a hidden gem! They're true craftspeople - highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. I brought in a few items of clothing which were my grandmother's, requesting they be altered to fit me, and the results were amazing - the clothes fit perfectly and were delivered in such a short turnaround time. I highly recommend Lily's!

Lily deserves 10 stars! Her handiwork to invisibly mend a v-shaped cut at the front of my new and expensive black dress is amazing - and it truly is invisible! Lily also works quickly; it was done the same day and for a very reasonable price. She's also a nice person to deal with:)

Lily is a sweet and talented lady. She told me that she’s been here for 25 years! No surprise there- she does excellent work for a reasonable price. She had my two garments hemmed in 30 minutes. This will be my new alternations go-to. I really believe she is the best around! Important to note that it’s cash only.

Lily and the rest of her team are reliable, friendly, affordable and provide an excellent overall service. Lovely service. Lily consulted me on a hemming alteration for my bridesmaid dress. I tried the dress on at the location, she gave me a couple of alteration options and provided pricing. Most importantly advised on the style of the dress and in the end recommended I save my money and avoid altering. You are a sweetheart!**small alteration space** may not look like much however uniquely efficient (if you advise that you need something by a certain time) and they won’t rip you off!
