What a joke of a Company !!! All tradies beware !!! This company without fail has successfully supplied incorrect parts with no retribution remorse or follow up. The first one or two times you accept that mistakes can be made. After the fifth and sixth consecutive dispatch of incorrect parts after supplying all details chassis number etc its beyond disappointing. Customer follow up.... Are you serious ?? none !!! Oh and if you are happy to blow the freight charges too on all the wrong parts that you have been dispatched and charged the freight for and then at your cost freight the wrong parts back, don't expect a credit on any of the freight charges either. What a shame though in all honesty with today's technology and industry standards that this company operates as it does. Customer service is the biggest thing that will bring your business undone and the level of customer service here is non existant. Never in over 20 years in the trade industry have I experienced such a level of incompetence and just couldn't give a bugger attitude really !!! Use at your discretion but watch this space, I believe more of the same comments may appear. What a shame more time and customer service wasn't delivered to the consumer.
