HOLLYWOOD NAILS

I have come here for years and never have I been served like I was today, I came in when 2 staff members were free. I got seated but then didn’t get served for another 20mins, 3 different staff members rotated on doing my nails it felt very rushed and I ended up coming out with at least 4 crooked nails that I didn’t notice till I got home. With all the waiting I ended up being there for 2 hours. Very disappointing as I use to enjoy the service here

Pedicure done very quick. The chairs were discusting ery dirty. I asked the girl to wipe my chair before sitting few times - still not done properly.

I had the pleasure of having my Cuticles managed by the lovely staff of Hollywood Nails in Point Cook.I suffer quite badly with overgrown Cuticles to the point where the regrowth of my nail causes spliting to my finger around my nails and an be quite sore and sensitive to trim.The woman at Hollywood Nails done a thorough job, leaving my hands feeling new again!I would recommend to anyone else who suffers from the same problem and would like to thank you again!

Absolutely destroyed my natural nails removing SNS my nails are flimsy, broken, and it cost me $20 for a soak off!!

I have been here before but this particular time my experience wasn't great. Came in for arms waxing, the girls who started pulled my skin a Lil bit(wasn't too bad and this post isn't a complaint for her) and handed me to over another girl who came in and quickly finished the job but was highly rude. You normally go to a waxing place and they are fine to pull your fine hair with tweezers as they do not come off with wax. However, this girl refused and said the can't do and simply walked out. The other girl who initially started the process finished it very patiently and it took her literally less than 2 minutes.1. More than the skill it's about attitude girls, you are here to provide customer service.2. We are not here to get it done for free so you better watch your body language next time you speak with a customer instead of simply walking out.

Did a manicure, dip powder french as well as nail art. I had a terrible experience there, they squeezed us in even though they were sorely understaffed, (it was nice that they tried to accommodate although I wish they were a little bit more realistic with how many people they can service) left me soaking my previous manicure for far too long (about 45 mins) and then asked me to remove the gel myself with a paper towel. During the manicure, they filed and cut the edges of almost every finger. Worst part of it was that later that evening my nails cracked right in the middle and are already peeling. The ladies were really sweet although the quality of service, cleanliness of salon as well as professionalism was not up to par.

Ok so, I got a mani, pedi and my lashes done a few weeks back. I had no issues the ladies we’re actually lovely. HOWEVER, as my lashes have grown I’ve noticed some of the fallout… it had 3 to 4 of my natural lash stuck to one fan. Now I know this is not how it should be done considering I paid $120 for these I should really get a full refund tbh. People pay $40 to get it done the fast way in other words like the way mine were done here. My lashes were brushed by the lady so here’s me thinking she’s done a great job cos I have had my lashes done for cheaper and it had a similar result (get what you pay for) and understandable. But $120 ?? For chunky stuck together lashes. So not cool.

The girl who did my nails was so rude .also I’ve got so many cuts on my fingers that they have been hurting me .i realised my nails were crooked and I told her in the middle of doing my nails ,she said “it will be fixed when I put the powder on your nails “,and of course It wasn’t fixed !She then said “your fingers are crooked,it’s not your nails !!”And she was like “you haven’t been here before ,that’s why”I then said I’ll never come back here again ,she was like “that’s good ,don’t “I really don’t recommend this place ,they don’t know how to talk to their customers with respect !
