We recently moved to telarah so this shop has become our local. We are up there almost daily. All the staff members there are great! Some go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Although i have recently noticed a young man that works there nost afternoon, has no customer service skills at all. He is very rude. The only words he will speak to you is the price of the shop and if you want a receipt. Even if you try and start conversation. While it is great to see a young man working, i think he may need to be shown how to make customers feel welcome. Body language, eye contact and all!

Great little grocery store that does some heavy lifting. Its been spruced up and brightened up lately and has just taken on the duties of Lottery sales and Post office with the recent closing of Telarah Newsagency. Has everything you need from fresh fruit and veg to hot meat pies. Terrific neighbourhood grocery.

Great meat variety from Reid's butcher with daily specials.Fresh affordable fruit and veg.Clean tidy and easily accessible for all.Overall the prices are good being a smaller store.Friendly and helpful superstar staff.Would love to see a small deli section or hot chooks for sale.

Got a sausage roll from the food warmer. Took a bite. Almost frozen in the middle. Took it back and was told that I could not get money back or exchange because I had taken a bite. Couldn't be bothered explaining basic economics of repeat business so threw it in the bin and left. Good luck running your business like that.

Convenient. No waiting. It's my local shop & l visit at least twice a week since moving to the area 3 years ago The staff are not very friendly

I think this place is a really convenient little corner store. It's got a bottle shop, an IGA, butcher that has extraordinary meat, a hairdresser and a chemist plus A delicious take way shop. (I recommend the lot burgers). The only problem I have is that IGA only have one counter. So you have to wait in line for a bit. The staff is lovely. There is a lady who is always smiling and is really polite. Well I hope this helps.
