Probably one of the BEST companies I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I had a minor issue with my barfridge and didn't even know! (I was happy). But it was just pointed out that it would slowly get worse over time if it was not fixed.They wanted to send a free replacement door to me interstate.But I was happy enough they cared about their clients that much. I just did another deal and got another one as it was a small fridge and they really helped out with the second one and we made sure the new one I got was going to work best for my location and needs.- I had had this one a good 4 or so months and Monique knew everything from the best glazing for humity in my area outdoors to understanding the layout restrictions I had and why I chose that one originally.Amazing service through the entire process!All because of something I would never have known about for another year or 2, simply because I thought it was just a normal part of how the fridge should act, yet it was a minor fault.Really appreciate their follow up. They have made a customer for life instead of one that would just go and buy another fridge anywhere" when that one would have evenntually died...10/10."

The team were great, double checking that our selection was suitable for our needs and providing advice. Delivery was fast. Very happy with the fridge, exactly right for what we needed and much better than the limited variety from the chain stores. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered a fridge about 12 months ago and recently had an issue with a faulty condenser fan, I contacted BFA regarding the issue and overnight I had a response from Brett, within a week the fan was replaced under warranty.Amazing service from both BFA and the technician who attended. Really good company to deal with. Didn't have the exact model I was after in stock but told me when they were expecting it in and then called me back as promised. Two days later it turned up at our doorstep. Renovations can be stressful at the best of times so it's appreciated when the companies you're dealing with are professional and reliable.

Have been dealing with Daryl and the guys at Bar fridges Australia for about 6 years. Couldn't rate the products and service any higher. I ordered a Schmick 2 door fridge for my alfresco area, and it came in less than a week. It looks great and you can tell the quality is better than a lot of chain store models. Customer service was excellent with any questions I had. Great communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
