Highly recommended to obtain your solar panels from Solar Galaxy. Mark and Charlie are professionals and explained the procedure and finance details. The team who installed lead by Kien were awesome. I happened to stumble upon Solar Galaxy by luck after doing some online research for Solar. Let me start by saying I've had my solar up now for about six weeks, and I am still over the moon with how it looks and its performance. I dealt with John & Charlie for a bit and they both were wonderful and provided great customer service. They quickly responded to my email queries. Like everyone when you're looking to install solar you will probably have a lot of questions, and Charlie and John were great, but I especially want to say a very BIG thank you to an amazing person by the name of Kanav. I must have rung and emailed him a bunch of times about all different things, and he responded efficiently and without being rude or pushy. The quote I got from Kanav was very reasonable, as I did get many quotes from different companies. What I loved about dealing with Kanav was that he wasn't pushy at all, and he didn't once rush me into buying straight away like some companies try to do. He was very relaxed and knew it was a big investment, and he provided amazing customer service. Whenever I had a question he gave me a professional answer and great advice, and Kanav is extremely knowledgeable on all things to do with solar. I did a lot of research and there are probably other companies who will give you a quote a little bit cheaper, but I wanted peace of mind too, and dealing with Kanav gave me that from the start. The installation team led by Huy arrived on time and the job was done perfectly, and I don't have one complaint. If you do your research, you will find a lot of bad solar installations, but Huy and his team were perfect from the start to the finish. Having a very qualified level two electrician leading a great team made the installation day very easy on me. I would recommend Solar Galaxy Pty Ltd in a heartbeat to family and friends, and if you're lucky to deal with Kanav, Charlie or John then know it's your lucky day. With solar you want to deal with a company you can trust because of the warranty purpose, and after dealing with the guys I mentioned above, I feel I can trust Solar Galaxy to help me if anything ever happens. From my initial discussion with John, 2 weeks back right through to the handover to Charlie to manage this installation, it has been simply superb and transparent. Dealing with Solar Galaxy has been truly a blessing. I must add that the CEC accredited installers - Darren and his crew from Vibe Electrical were rock stars, very professional and knowledgeable. Solar galaxy were by far the best price and least pushy. I dealt with Paul who was great. Honest and straight to the point. Quick install and how my bill is tracking it looks like I’ll be going from $1100 to $200 a quarter in winter. Happy days
