2022 Tiger Woods 1200 GT Pro was in for wheel repairs. Brisan service team was excellent and pushed the job through quickly as I had no other transport options. Very friendly and helpful. Spares dept sure plied upper and lower crash bars and even supplied a print out of the installation instructions. Also very friendly and helpful.

Test road a Triumph GT Explorer and got a price, turned up to pay and found they had quoted for a GT not the explorer. Walked out and purchased an Explorer from Bikebiz for a better price.

My interaction was with Nick who helped with the purchasing of my drz 400. Nick was really easy to work with and was more than happy to help with getting the bike derestricted ready for the weekend. Was great to chat with him and nothing was ever too much trouble, which made for a great experience.

They have probably one of the best showrooms in Newcastle and the only Kawasaki dealer in the region. So if you want a brand new Kawasaki motorbike, not many options around.However, just like other dealers be mindful of asking the manufacture year, they may not talk about it even after you sign the documents.Moreover, don't' expect to receive a bit of protection accessories, or other free/discounted services as a brand new buyer, I know that other dealers do offer these items for free.They have a pretty good sales stats, so you will be neglected soon after making a purchase!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Updates after the response from Brisan,Thanks for the reply, I am happy with the Bike and purchase in general, Nick was quite nice and caring and did not try to do the hard sell!However, the clarification on manufacture year and Model year was done only after I asked and after signing the documents and transferring the full amount indeed, when I was waiting to pick up the Bike.Since you are disclosing the bike details here, need to consider that it was a DEMO bike with 126 km on it which you sold at the full price same as price tag which I saw the first time and was still there at the time of purchase, however, when it came to make the deal, I was mentioned that it was the old price and the the new batch price will be a couple of hundreds higher - So I assume that it was the only so called" discount I received which ended up paying the previous price for a Demo Bike which was in the showroom for a few months.I understand that these price changes are maybe out of Sales team control

One stop shop for all things motorcycling. I have recently purchased a brand new bike from Brisan's Newcastle, and the whole experience was an easy and trouble free one. Communication was excellent and all questions answered. Kaine even sought to recommend other brands after drilling down and discussing my riding needs and personal taste.

I never normally respond to these requests, however, I am happy to attest to the phenomenal service and responsiveness that Brisan has provided. I found them to be honest and trust worthy with their advise I have now purchased a number of items from them

Took a train from Sydney to Newcastle to view the (2nd hand - like new) bike. Short walk to the showroom and met by Shaun Halpin (never spoke to him before so was the first time meeting him). Absolute gentleman and everything was done effortlessly by him and the team (shout out to Tenielle Cameron who was also awesome in helping organise payment !). Bike was as described in the advertisement. Took it for a test run and Shaun was able to answer some of my questions with no issue on my return.Great showroom, great people and reasonable prices. So much stock to pick from, there's a deal for anybody that steps through.Thanks team, it was an awesome trip to Newcastle..... even went for a swim afterwards in the overcast weather, but copped a drenching at the Hawkesbury bridge on the way home..... out with the chamois :-(

Thank you Shaun you were easy to deal with from the beginning.Such a easy process for a interstate buyer, good communication and prompt delivery.One thing I recommend is getting a new camera as the photos you had didn’t do the bike justice haha.Thanks again looking forward to riding it.

I went there 4 times before I could get anyone to talk to me about purchasing a bike. I bought a bike because they had what I wanted. They were supposed to arrange a timing belt service or proof of service as part of the sale and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been over a month. Ordinary at best.
