Takes me back to the shock I experienced when I realised the combination of fees that DMG and BT were taking from my parents practically inactive super accounts led to a $4k decrease in total balance each year. How can these people sleep at night?"

I found this service to be terrible. They charge like a wounded bull, and make many and consistent mistakes when lodging to the ATO. Whose than this, they bully and blame the client, for their mistakes! Thumbs down!

Had a tax estimate of $1500.00. Got an ATO bill for $8590.00. Took 5 calls to Ian Bye to get a call back.I was told a review had been submitted to the ATO but had not.Reason: I gave it to my junior and it didn't happen.
