Sizeable Coles with heaps of variety, loads of parking and lovely staff

Some management are quiet rude, have dealt with a lovely lady named Beth a few times.always smiling and cheerful, not there very often but when she is on,she makes my shopping a little better

Convenient for shopping always able to find parking spot

Had to wait ages for someone to help me at the self serve checkout at Bonnell's Bay tonight. Something in the bag didn't weigh properly as usual but no one was there to help because apparently Coles have decided not to staff the checkouts properly. The poor stressed out staff member that eventually came over when she was free, was clearly upset that she will now be left with no help in the evenings. Well done Coles, you clearly don't care about the customers or the staff.

Easy access, great for community.

I felt very humiliated. It was early and unusable busy. I was waiting patiently in line. They quickly opened another 2 registers. As I was next in line the young lady asked me to come across. I only had a small basket. As I was about to put my groceries on register, a young male employee came up to me I politely said wow got busy next without responding he said another lady had to go before me and started putting her groceries on the register. Without directing me to another register I felt lost with now no where to go. I thought I had to go to the back of the line again until a lovely customer realised what had happen and let me in front of her to be next.I thought it a one off but two days later I returned not as busy but the lady serving me said nothing to me not even hello or responded to my gestures of conversation.Lets hope my next experience is better. Maybe too much stress early morning. I dont know but I was very disappointed.

Went through serve yourself, only one check out takes cash. Force to use your card as well do the work yourself.

Nature's scenery is a beautiful place. There's plenty of places to park outside, and the return & earn machine is also nearby.

Too many times I bought ice cream that had been melted then refrozen. Full of ice and not creamy. The breaking point was when I spent 10 dollars on a tub and had to throw the whole thing away because of it.The perishables department obviously leave the ice cream load outside of the freezer for long periods of time during packing or receiving the load. Unacceptable. I want my money back!

Love this little store Anne one of the sales ladies there has a huge wealth of knowledge and has helped me so many times and nothing is a trouble.Better service than Spotlight and has some beautiful material that you won't find anywhere else either.Morissets little secret.
