He is so polite and helpful and it was a pleasure just to talk to him.Please extend our compliment to the management. It's a difficult time for everyone in Australia, so please save his job. He is a great asset to your company.

I had louvre shutters installed on my very tricky 1960s style balcony in December 2019. From 1st quote to installation, this company & all the staff I interacted with were great to deal with. I can’t remember the names of the two excellent men who came to custom build and install the frame for my shutters on the day, but they really went above and beyond. So grateful that you took on a difficult job that no other blind company I contacted would look at - thank you!

I had my worst ever experience with this company. First of all delay in coming in for installation which put me in trouble as based on the given time I had rescheduled my appointment and then they came exactly at the same time as my appointment. I had ordered two doors and one of them was too big to fit. Also the bar on the doors supposed to be aligned with the marks on the glass doors but they are not. I also emphasized on the fact that I am travelling overseas early December and also due to some other personal matters it would be very difficult for me to be home days before my departure but they couldn't organize the installation of the second door earlier (the door which needs to be fixed). there is still more, I ordered bug seals for the doors as well, but I was told that only one of them would have the bug seal, and more ridiculously, even for that one, the installer had not been given the bug seal.

From Quote to install and everything in between, 1800 Blinds have been amazing! To top it off, Luke and Paul installed our blinds this week and they look incredible. Quality, workmanship, customer service all 10/10. Will definitely use again! Thanks guys.

Highly recommend 1800blinds. This is the second time I have asked them to quote and supply blinds and they are very competitive price wise, very efficient came out within 2 days and are very professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to family and friends over the past few years and they have all been very happy with their products and service. Thank you Luke.

Thank you Jeff for stepping in and managing my job to completion. It did take months to finally get the two doors the correct size and damage free. I have received an apology, understanding and just today called Jeff for some advice. He was quick to respond and rectified my issue. The bi-fold door fly screen receives many good comments and I recommended Jeff to a colleague.

Very very disappointing customer experience.I went here on Saturday (17/02/2018) and there was only one salesperson who was serving another customer. I understand he was occupied but he has to give some acknowledgement to any customer walking in the sale center. So we were there for 25 mins looked around and waited, finally decided to leave. Even as we were leaving, not once did he turn back and say anything. You may have a great product but if you have no customer service 101 no one will bother with you. the next 2 other company showrooms we went to was excellent. And am happy to say i got what i wanted and contracted the other company instead if you.To someone reading this , just remember that there are lots of blinds and shutter companies out there and if someone does not acknowledge you in the first minute then just walk out

I couldn’t recommend 1800BLINDS more highly! Their professionalism, customer service and products are of exceptional quality. The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful as is the whole team.
