UnderstaffedJust a message for owners and operators. Having the same staff member alone on front desk plus making the pizzas is going to result in a 25+ min wait for pizzas.

If I could rate this pizza hut zero stars, I would.We ordered pizza days ago that never arrived and have still not been refunded the amount. Upon calling customer service, we were repeatedly transferred to the store and told that the manager would call us back later that day - which has not happened at all.The lack of customer service here is apalling and I'd love to give the food an honest review - if it had actually ever arrived.Do better.

Complete lack of awareness surrounding Australian consumer laws. I ordered wings and due miscommunication on their end, I was served ones that I didn’t order. When I tried to explain my order the server didn’t even know what “breading” was, and had the worst communication possible. She tried to deny me from making an exchange for the actual meal that I ordered, and also denied a refund. It ended up with me on the phone to the supervisor who was literally asleep when he was called. A brief explanation of consumer laws and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order an ended up with nothing as little as an apology. Absolute worst place to go. I would definitely NOT recommend to go to this place in person.

I ordered uber eat because I was starving. So I was thankful that the delivery was quick and I could eat it straight away.However the pizza was so bland and I had to add more bbq sauce to both the pizza and pasta. But I still couldn't finish it as I was so fed up that I couldn’t take a few more bites.
