I was in hospital with suspected stroke symptoms, and after a few hours I improved and answered my phone. It was 4miles promoting the SES as I had donated previously to the raffle.I told the telemarketer where I was and could he call another time. He ignored me and proceeded to push to buy. I told him again that it wasn’t a good time and he said they had my credit card details on file, and he would just bill them and post out the raffle tickets.It became obvious he had no respect for my situation and I hung up on him. The following week I called the call centre to complain. I was promised a manager would call back and of course never did.Since then I receive a call every couple of months from 4mile. Requests to remove my details are ignored.I will never deal with them in any form. Any I don’t know why any charity would place their business with them.

I would rate this business (that is what it is at the end of the day $$$) a zero if i could. A guy who team leads the Sydney agents from NZ pushes the agents hard to coerce donors for $$$ even in the face of their explaining financial difficulties. Anothr team leader encouraged tricking the elderly for higher pledges. All this is dne while agents play for $5 vouchers which are never handed out. Please - make your donations with RFSA, Kids with Cancer, and SES with the charities themselves. Any money donated" to these causes go 60/40 to 4Mile's business which pays the CEO

this place will have you in the depths of despair. the only people happy with this set-up are those for whom this is as good as it gets.

Ive been working at 4mile since 2021 and love the team dynamic. Have made amazing friends along the way and to work for a company that is supportive and provides a stocked kitchen so you can have breakfast and lunch every day is pretty cool. Fridays are a great day as lunch is cooked in the staff kitchen and Wednesday is a cooked breakfast provided to all the staff. Working at 4mile has afforded me the flexibility to work and attend uni. Ill be happily staying here till I graduate.

Lovely office to come into, with quite a few office pups that come in and help boost everyones moods with their cuteness. Have made quite a few friendships and overall team relationships have been great. Kitchen is always stocked and has a variety of snacks to enjoy.

Great place to work at. There is always breakfast every Wednesday and lunch every Friday. The vibe in the office is always positive.I’ve always been treated with respect. Everyone is super friendly and approachable.
