Got my septum pierced recently and the staff were super lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor experience, new piercer is rude and confrontational. Brought my brother to get his ears pierced after having good experiences with Mel in the past. The new piercer took us to the back and then slammed the door in my face after rudely demanding that we sit in a chair outside the door with no warning (if this is a new policy that's fine but there was no communication and my brother was very anxious). The piercer did not bring him back out to check the piercing location and when he came out he was almost in tears.The piercings were too close into the lobe and crooked (one was pierced at a very obvious angle), and when it was mentioned that it would have been nice if we could have double checked the placement she became even more rude and stated that my extremely anxious brother had agreed the placement was okay (she did not ask him if he wanted us to double check and he was too anxious to speak up because of her attitude). He was still trying not to cry while she was being very intense and questioning him directly whether he was happy or not and claiming that she would fix it with a needle if he wasn't (which I have never heard of). At no point did she apologise and her attitude was shocking. $90 for an awful first piercing experience for my brother and crooked lobe piercings.

I just got my rook done by the apprentice, piercer, she did the most amazing job! Yes it was supervised by the head piercer but she did everything and it was such a comforting environment! I love my new piercing!

The staff at this place are really lovely, but the current manager doesn't seem to understand consumer law.I had highlights done to my hair on February, the girl was a trainee, but didn't get assistance from superiors while serving me. The result wasn't what I had asked for. I went back to ask what could be done, and the suggestion was I spent more money, and not a small amount.More recently, I bought a product in a rush, on advice from the manager. I didn't look carefully at the product as I was in a rush. When I came home, I realised the product wasn't exactly fit for the purpose I had explained. I tried to get a refund a few days later, and this wasn't possible. I then accepted an exchange and tried to use a voucher they had sent me. The manager asked the assistant what does she want to use the voucher for"

kami did my belly piercing! Absolutely amazing, no problems, no issues and perfectly straight. Spoke me through the whole process and made sure I was okay the whole time. Will definitely be going back to her in the future

Kami has done several of my ear piercings and I’m always so happy with the results every time. Super professional, amazing customer service and talks you through the whole process. Highly recommend Kami, will always come back to her for any future piercings!!

Just had my nose pierced with Scott. The service was amazing as expected, but he was so personable and comforting and calm that the entire experience was fantastic, even though I was a little nervous. I couldn't recommend here enough

I haven't styled my hair in over 22 years but just got a chop and wanted to dive in - knowing absolutely nothing but ironing with a iron (if you know, you know...) the beautiful Elena took me on a journey of hair styling & care, giving me great advice, and I could even have a try of the suggested products to compare the basic & premium versions. I even got a tutorial on how to use the straightener to create some curls - it will look like a cubist mess when I try at home but I'm excited to practise! Can highly recommend - no dramatic sales pitches, just good advice. Gold stars for Elena!

I've been coming here for about 6. 5 years. Always brilliant. Great price and friendly service. I usually have Samuel or Sam, but to be honest I'd trust any of them to do a great job. Super friendly. 11/10
