A very bad woman, my friend and I were sitting in the changing area and waiting for a taxi, we asked if there was a public toilet, she said no, we said it was okay, we went outside, and then kept urging us to go outside to wait for a taxi , -2 degrees at night on the mountain, I hope the people living behind will not be driven out by this ugly woman. We didn't book an earlier taxi, but only at 6 o'clock. She said it's none of her business. You checked out at 10 o'clock in the morning. If you want to ask if checking out at 10 o'clock means leaving at 10 o'clock, every hotel has It is 10 o'clock check out, but they will allow their guests to wait in the public room, she does not allow it is really very interesting.

Such an obnoxious experience with Simon over phone. Such a welcher he is, as he backed out of a commitment he made to us over the phone. We even cancelled our other booking as this resort became available and we wanted to have a good time at a nice resort. So when we called him to make payment over the phone he said he cannot honour his word for the price and dates he committed us initially. Instead, he gave us another option for another weekend to book at a higher price.Later when we agreed to that he said he will call us back to confirm the booking. Later when we gave him the details, he confirmed they don’t take kids under the age of 3years whereas it says nothing like that on the booking.com or their website. Clearly he had other people convinced may be at higher rates.I would never recommend him or this property.

Very comfortable/immaculately clean room and bathroom - close to lifts and the hosts made us feel most welcome and were extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay! Nice fireplace area for a drink apres skiing and a great ski locker and heated boot room area to store items for drying! Looking forward to our next visit!

Housing hygiene needs to be improved, the room linen is not clean. I have come to Snow mountain many times, and I have never been kicked out. Although I check out at 10 o 'clock, we are not allowed to sit down and rest even when waiting for a taxi. Also threw our luggage out of the door, this woman's management staff, attitude is really bad, although we are ready to leave, but you like to throw guests' luggage really good? Is this the service attitude of your hotel? Then I hope I never stay here again. Your service is disgusting.
