If I could give zero stars I would. What a nightmare. A $750 a week apartment in North Beach with a long list of serious faults. An series of incompetent Agents, a nasty Strata Company and an owner who did not want to spend a cent. 12 Breach Notices and a Court Case (eventually settled out of Court but with an epic struggle) we ended the nightmare lease without penalty after 99 days of Hell. We have lived and leased in 20 countries and more major cities with nothing like this behaviour. I am sure if they respond, it will yet another discourse of victim blaming" with no acknowledgement of 12

You receive FIVE STARS.The only thing I was not happy with was we had a lot of property managers, and were not always told. This is unacceptable for a company like Peard.the company receives 3 starts.

Has been a great experience dealing with Peard Real Estate Joondalup throughout my 2 year lease. Any maintenance issues were promptly dealt with. I would happily rent with them again if I find myself in the need to.

I started renting through Peard when they were in Mindarie, they were first class for a few years. Recently though they have went down in my opinion. They are with-holding my bond without updating me 7 weeks after handing back the keys. I have asked several times for their complaint process to no avail. Totally disappointed in them now.I was a loyal customer for 5.5 years, so unfortunate that the business is taking forever to close and ended on a sour note.Angela Hyslop

Worst experience of renting a property in my life. 2 years of prestige presentation of the house in which I rented, paid 6 months ahead when I took the lease. Had about 6 different property managers and no communication at all. Took forever to get things fixed . Now you guys are dragging your feet in releasing my bond that I need terribly after i have done everything you wanted. I will be engaging the RTA. And who ever else will listen.

Whilst only renting with Peard for 1 year, we had numerous property managers and weren't always advised on who our latest up to date points of contact were.Communication seems to be a big internal issue (inspections coordinator going to the wrong house / advising different dates despite the date on notice of inspection received, noting damaged items that were already noted on the property condition report prior to moving in etc)However, prior to ending our lease, our recent property manager was April and she was fantastic to deal with, she went above and beyond and was very responsive to queries making our move out process very easy - thanks April!

The first 2 years renting our property out with Peard were ok, the last 2 years the service has been very poor and getting worse.I have the same complaints as the other bad reviews.Multiple property managers with poor communication. When you complain to senior management you find out why, as they are just as bad. Don’t do what they say they will and don’t get back to you.The maintenance of the property has been poor and Peard take no responsibility. Even telling me “if the tenants don’t complain or it’s not an obvious issue to their untrained inspectors “ then they don’t report it. Even when the gutters are broken and hanging off the pergola.When you mention maintenance issues coming to the end of your tenant’s lease, you’re told not to worry as it can come off their bond at the end. Which Peard will take their cut from.Very glad Peard are no longer our property manager’s

I had a few agents over the nearly two years i lived in my rental property but Adel was amazing! She always responded promptly to any of my queries and was always around to help answering questions and getting things done. She is the best agent I've had in many years!!! Recommend 100%
