I went to get some manic panic purple haze. I had already bleached my hair and it was pretty dry at the ends. I didn't want to bleach it again because I knew it would fall out. It was about a level 7 but I knew that the dye would work because they show how it will look over level 7 hair online. I was never aiming for level 10 and I knew it was impossible with the damage I had. I bought it and it showed up so bright and I am happy but the lady at the shop kept insisting I needed to lighten it again, and giving me greasy looks. I'm glad I ignored her because I am certain my hair would have snapped off and as it turned out (and as I KNEW already) the dye works over level 7! My hair is still attached to my head and it is a really pretty purple.

The owner and all the hairdressers were so accommodating and got me into the chair right there and then, aiming to achieve the outcome I first wanted. They were all absolutely incredible and went well beyond in customer service and product knowledge. Everyone worked in harmony and I walked out feeling like a Queen having been properly taken care of and looking amazing! It was the salon experience I expected, and more! I went in for a hair cut and wished the staff asked a few more questions about how i wanted my hair cut. I wanted soft edges not a solid cut and my hair cut to a bit longer length. I will be wearing my hair in a bun indefinitely until it grows out a couple of inches and i feel a bit more confident wearing my hair down.

I got my ears pierced here a year ago and the lady pierced the as low as they could be making me constantly worry that they are going to split my ear. It is now my biggest insecurity because of just how low they really are. Thanks a lot!
