My son has a genetic condition that means he can look different to other boys.The staff refused to do his hair unless I paid double.I was in the middle of having my hair cut, but was so angry I stopped and asked to speak to the manager.Staff would not tell me and said I would have to leave the store.They would not give me a refund for my unfinished haircut.

I've been a customer for years and been extremely happy with their service, especially since they charge $10 for males.I don't know what the other reviews are expecting when this hair dresser charges $10 for males, $20 for females but from personal experience, I'm getting a standard $20-$40 value haircut for what they charge.Service may vary from hair dresser to hair dresser but I have a simple cut, trim all around and trim my front fringe, done.They also have a process to cut your hair amazingly whilst you keep your mask on, this was during COVID and they have retained this service since.The lady mentioned in the picture does indeed do a quick potentially rough cut but she gets it done quick. 10 minutes wait, 5-10 minutes cut, she checks it three times or so to make sure it's alright and I'm out.Today I had a 20 minute ish wait and 20 minute cut, meticulous and passionate about the quality, I'm very appreciative of this place and think about whether I should tip in the future.

I asked for my hair to be cut at shoulder length, the woman cut at least 3 inches above my shoulders! I she just did what she thought would look good I don't know! But i.was horrified. Never going back here ever again.

Absolutely terrible terrible terrible! They cut my son’s hair way shorter than I asked them to do! Mind you I was standing there the whole time watching them! Telling them how to cut it! Have no clue when it comes to boys hairs. Not professional at all! If you want your hair butchered then go to this store, otherwise stay way! They have no business with hair. I’ve never been so traumatised in my life. Very rude staff. A blind person could have done a better job. I wouldn’t even give them 1 start! It would be a minus!!!!!! My boys had to go to school looking they they got attacked by a ceiling fan!

I visited the salon on Sunday morning to request a hair cut for my two year old twins. When I asked about the hair cut a woman who claimed to be the owner said “anyone under 5 years old gets their whole head shaved”. It took me several attempts to understand what on earth she was talking about. When I asked what the reason for that was she rudely said “I’m the owner and that’s how I want it”.Absolutely horrible service (lack of) and no professionalism! Don’t take your children here! The staff are horrible.After the climate that Victoria has endured, you would expect better service, if not appropriate communication skills

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. The hairdresser lady is not qualified. She took ZERO care with my daughter hair and was hacking away at it with the scissors. She didn’t even brush it before she cut it and when I complained afterwards she said they don’t brush hair and they charge extra for brushing. My daughters hair was long below her shoulder blades and we asked for a trim and LONG layers. This is what we got. Chunky hacked away layers and SOOO short. Not what we asked what. The lady should not be cutting girls hair. Now my daughter has to wait a year at least for this hair to grow back! Terrible!!

My experience with Tamyi has been amazing she is a very bubble and friendly lady who does amazing haircut with attention to detail and take a fair price compare to market hair salon.Who ever is reading this please go and get either urs or ur kids u would not be disappointed. The price they charge is very affordable and best part they r not busy too much some days compare to other places have to wait for a while.Was really happy with my haircut and she did not rush at all.So go try this place.

The hair cut was absolutely horrible with the hair I got I would win the ugly hair cut competition with ease. My hair was cut by a male barber how was absolutely the worst barber in history of barbers.

Easy, economical haircut. Friendly staff.
