The variety offered makes each class exciting and gives you a full body workout! The instructors are clear and very helpful so you never feel lost in the classes.

I’ve had back and neck issues since I was 19 and my core strength after 2 kids was poor. Combined with a desk job with regular migraines into my mid 40’s, I was in need of focusing on my body.3 times a week at 5.30am is now “me” time. I love walking out of a class energised and ready to start the day, even when it’s cold. Each class is different and the awesome instructors work closely with me to make sure my body gets the most out of it.I’ve increased my core strength and now have no lower back pain at all. I look forward to continuing the journey to build the rest of my body strength ready for another ski trip.

Great studio, fantastic instructors and well priced membership options. This studio's combination of reformer pilates and strength classes will surprise you - it's definitely not your average Pilates studio. Highly recommend!

Awesome reformer pilates studio! Great variety of classes and excellent instructors

My favorite place! I hate exercise, but since discovering this place I have fallen in love with pilates. It's a beautiful state-of-the-art studio with lovely, fully qualified instructors. Since attending, my back and feet have stopped hurting and I am feeling stronger than ever. If you have ever wanted to try pilates I highly recommend Healthy Connections!
