Paul offers a very knowledgeable and professional service. Tells you how it is. Lismore Service solutions is the authorised repair tech for Korg in the Northern Rivers. My new SV2-S 88 key from Korg was having a very noticeable, unattractive, vibration through certain notes of the piano. Paul nailed it down to be an issue with air, power, and not enough physical room in the chassis to allow for the vibration. Korg made a great product, but K-array, who made the speakers, need to find a solution to make it fit in this keyboard. A couple month later K-Array shipped out an anti-vibration kit, Paul did the install, and the instrument works beautifully. Thanks Paul for your thorough explanation and care during the entire process. Such a legend!
