Costco Wholesale Perth Airport

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a shop, the customer service was ridiculous and the staff were actually just straight up rude, I had bought my friends Costco card in to shop, unknowingly to myself and her whether I was allowed to or not, before doing anything I went up and checked if it was ok, they grabbed the card looked at ig and then proceeded to say it is not allowed, to which I was fine with, what I was not fine with is that they then would not even give the card back to me, as I had stolen it, even though I couldn’t even shop with it!! May I also add that I was told it was in the terms and conditions, I have now been scrolling on the terms and conditions and have yet to find anything g that directly states I cannot go in there… on top of this I had one lady come up to me, yell at me to leave and then walk away instantly, seems like amazing service to me

Compared to the seamless and generally efficient service experiences I'd unfortunately gotten accustomed to for purchase and returns at Costco stores in Canada and the US - experiences here are at best slow.It took over 30 minutes for a simple return of a few items. No, not 30 minutes of waiting in line, 30 minutes for the person to attempt to process return of a handful of unopened, entirely intact items.I'd suggest allowing at least an hour if you want to return anything you've purchased at this store so you're not disappointed.

Lots of parking. Shoppers were courteous, The food court seating could be a bit better but all in all it was a pleasane experience.

Not a great shopping experience compared to the one down in casuarina. Can't get a trolley out unless you have a gold coin, don't carry coins. Car park is chaotic, can hardly even see where the exit is. Pedestrian crossings have cars strewn across them. A lot of stuff was out of stock inside the store (eggs, toilet paper etc.) None of these are an issue down at the other branch, although I guess it makes sense since a lot more people would be shopping at this one

Ont come to Perth costco after 8pm is not clean and the young lady in the cafe is very rude, I had ask her for more Onions and she replied saying they were closed I told her that it doesn't close til 8.30 she tells me that they are closed..

Really worth visit. Join the membership to enjoy the varieties of items with very reasonable price. Great for family shopping; electronics , office, kitchen, stationary, baby and toddlers, and of course food.

Costco Wholesale offers a great variety of local and imported products in bulk and at a great price. The warehouse also sells meats and fresh bakery products. There are also occasional tastings for products on offer.

If you can get past the rude and pushy people of a certain demographic, it's actually really good. Pizza is always a winner here with the kids.Love the mince here and won't buy from the supermarket again. The membership price has been made back ten fold just by buying it from here alone.

2 hours free parking for members.If your aren’t member, 1 hour free.If you want to go to buy hot food, hot dog, pizzas, you must have a membership card.Toilet is tidy and clean.Everything is good hereI always buy hot dog here, 1.99 Dallas, it was so tasty. You have to try it.
