My husband and I from Mel and traveled all the way to Syd just to experienced the Hermes Sydney flagship store. Honestly, husband wanted to try his luck to get me my dream bag for our anniversary but we got home no luck. But we was amazed with the services that SA Carol gave us, she showed me my dream bag on the display, as least I had a chance to touch and tried them on so I will know it is for me or not. Plus she didn't force me to buy anything nor spent money on the things that I don't need. She helped me to chose the right things that look good on me and she was very patience, very nice with us. Of course, we definitely recommend Carol for your H experiences and we would go back to Syd store for Carol next time xx

I am a local and prefers to invest at our local Sydney store. Just want to say thank you very much Ping for a very enjoyable session we had yesterday. She did not push me into buying stuff I did not like but instead she let me enjoyed my session with her and helped me decide to what I would want to buy. I really love & respect Hermes brand and since I found a lovely SA in Ping, I did not think twice to buy nice things from her because I felt her warm, genuineness, so I trusted her advice and I started my H journey with her. She is very very humble and easy to talk to. My husband and I travel alot and was thinking to buy interstate or international but with my lovely session with Ping yesterday. I know we we made the right decision to stay loyal in our local Sydney store. They say good people deserves to be surrounded by good people too. I always have best experiences at Hermes Sydney store. Thanks to my SA Hamy to make all of my visits become special and memorable. She is incredibly professional, patient and attentive to details. She has thorough knowledge about the brand and Hermes products. I can see many good feedback about her and I can’t agree more. She’s truly a Star. A very beautiful state of the art design store. Located in the heart of Sydney, king street across Hyde park.The store is really mesmerisingly beautiful from inside. Each and every thing represents elegance and luxury in there.The staff is really cooperative and helpful. The security staff is awesome . Especially the two gentlemen Albert and Nazir , really professional, helpful and very kind .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just casually walked in to shop for some home decor. Then I had the pleasure to be served by Sally, really friendly and excellent customer service that represents the high fashion brand. She helped me to find the item that I am looking for and also provided additional information. Amazing shopping experience. Thank you.

Strongly recommend Ping if you need a guide at Hermes!!! Ping is super friendly and professional. It’s very hard to build up a trust when you meet someone at first. But Ping makes it happen. She knows the brand very well, and I am really impressed by the stories and brand history that she shared. I really like her and trust her. That’s a reason why I decided to purchase in a short time. At first, I just wanted to browse and appreciate the beautiful decoration in the shop. While ping introduced the concept behind products nicely and thoroughly to me, I was excited and inspired by the ideas, so I started my journey with Hermes.

Another exquisite store to visit and treat yourself with something special, always find nice gifts here. You can call for appointment and no need to queue!

I can’t thank my sales Hamy enough. Everytime I am shopping in Hermes, she’s been very patient with me, give me enough time to shop for what I like. She also remembers exactly what bags I like and found me my dream bags! I’m so grateful to have Hamy as my sales!
