Today was my daughters first haircut (2 years) and Riley was amazing! I've been going to Riley for a few years now and have been so happy each time - she was, of course, our first pick to cut Kiki's hair.

I showed a picture of what I was after and got exactly what I wanted. The staff were also super friendly and easy to talk to. I left the salon super happy and loving my new hair, would definitely recommend!

As always Riley delivered a lovely colour & stylecut that works with transitioning to my natural grey wavey hair. Apart from great hairdressing skills I love the happy friendly chatter & overall vibe in the salon. Such a positive experience & every time it’s the same feeling. Not only do I walk out looking great but also feeling great. You guys are doing so much more than cutting hair just so you know!

I cannot express how amazing the experience is at Ms Francis Hair, I absolutely cannot recommend this team more they have so much knowledge and compassion, second to none!I always leave the salon feeling so confident and love myself a little more each time :)Special shout out to Zoe, she is an amazing stylist and friend xx

I felt welcomed. Margo the stylist introduced herself, she listened to my needs and discussed options. The result was magnificent. Very happy. Thanks heaps Margo. I’ll be back for more.

Absolutely brilliant service!!! Took my teenage son there to have his very thick long hair cut to a short stylish style and he is absolutely thrilled with it. The senior stylist took the time to look at his hair and chat to him about what he wanted and the result exceeded our expectations :)

The gentleman cutting my hair today did an excellent job. He took his time and paid so much attention to detail. I have never had such a great experience before at a hair salon. I really love how the cut looks and the service he provided me with.

Amazing! Zoe was incredibly helpful both in styling my hair and recommending new products to use. I absolutely love my hair. Highly recommended!

Zoe was great! She listened to my needs, was very friendly and welcoming, and she did a great job on my colour and cut. Because I have wavy/curly hair, we made a plan for me to call her and pop back in if anything wasn’t quite ‘right’ after the cut settled. So far, it’s looking and feeling great. I rebooked with her for a for low up appt in 10 weeks and am looking forward to my next visit!
