I pre-ordered Xbox series x but they gave my order to someone else even I paid deposit.I won't order anything or deal with EB again in my life, and carefully!!!!!! won't trust them.very very very disappointed

I took my two Grand-Daughters pre-xmas shopping. They wanted to shop in EB Games. The young ( by my standards of age) guy who offered assistance witnout hassling when we said we were looking. When the Girls found what they wanted he treated them with courtesy and helpful advice. Was patient enough for them to discuss the colour range. Impressive service. Thankyou.

I've had mixed experiences with EB Games Rosny. But fantastic service from Ben in regards to a gaming query. He went above and beyond in trying to find the answer. More than happy parting with my money with people that give that level of service.

I have issues 1 when I asked an employee if grand theft auto the trilogy definitive edition had physical maps in it he said “why you can find them online any way” can I blu tack this “online” to my wall. 2 I gave them my Xbox one controller to repair and when I get it back all they did was put it in a new shell it still had the same issues

Amazing customer service I'm a regular at this store and the team go above and beyond for there customers there a lady in there called Leah and she is the best one too deal with by far very polite and very helpful is always in a great mood wont go any were else for my gaming needs rosny eb games you guys are legends give yourself a well deserved pat on the back
